Tyler Webber 1 hr . MUST READ: Keep in mind that this is only a rough draft and I am not the most qualified author for a document of this magnitude. Editing still needs to be done. But this is something I wrote and came up with. Im calling it The Declaration of Reclamation . Im hoping to have it fully edited and then read and signed by militia leaders, military commanders, prominent business men, high profile media personalities, and high level politicians. Would you sign it? When in our state of political governance, those who stand charged to govern over step their authorities and powers, and no longer adhere to the consent of the governed, they shall be held accountable for their failures and trespasses against the nation. We hold the rights to alter or abolish any system of government that has become destructive to the sacred qualities of Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness. When this government and those elected to lead it fail to adhere strictly to the Supreme Law of the Land, that is the United States Constitution and her Amendments, it becomes necessary that the people make public their declaration to reclaim the powers derived from the governed peoples themselves and held by the President and Congress, in order to undo the usurpations and abuses of those powers by them. We stand justified in our duty to throw off this corrupted government and the corruption of its leaders by factual accusations against them. Of these accused trespasses against we the people of the United States of America are: • The neglect of the President to promote the sovereignty of this nation by protecting and securing of her borders. • The levying of war by the Office of the President without the approval of Congress. • The President has unconstitutionaly created and enacted new laws through executive order and bypassing Congress, and has through various departments of his administration nationalized and taken control of automobile manufacturers, banks, insurance companies, and portions of the health care industry. • The President has failed to enforce and defend laws adopted by Congress. • The President has appointed various members to cabinet position without the consent of the Senate. • The Office of the President has given aid and comfort to known persons and groups actively engaged in terrorist activities against this nation and our allies. • The Office of the President has through executive orders and directives encroached and infringed upon all ten amendments in the Bill of Rights, which were placed to protect the liberties of the people. • The failure of Congress to address matters and conflicts affecting the nation through bipartisan resolution for the most favorable outcome to the American people. • The ultimate failure of Congress to remove the President, Vice President, and civil officers of the administration, as directed in Article 2 Section 4 of The United States Constitution. Our peaceful petition for redress of these accusations and numerous others have repeatedly gone ignored and unheeded. The character of this President displays every quality that may define a tyrant and proves him unfit to be the leader of a free people. Therefore, we as the people of The United States of America will henceforth be proactive in removing all those in the administrative levels of this corrupted government whether it be through peaceful terms or by force. New leaders will be elected and appointed to reclaim and reestablish a strict constitutional adherence in the political governance of the people, and to absolve and abolish any laws, decrees, orders, or ongoing operations that are not sanctioned by the Constitution and approved by the consent of We The People. In this we pledge our lives, our fortunes, and our honor to each other and all citizens of these United States of America, as patriots of our nation and defenders of Freedom, Liberty, and Justice for all.
