Typical Fighter Diet dinners for me (Fighter Diet Founder Pauline Nordin) 1. Fried shredded carrots with lifetime cheese melted on top. 2. Cabbage microwaved in a glass bowl mixed with pink salmon, mustard, garlic and stevia. (YES TRY IT, it turns out a bit sweet, like fake honey mustard) 3. Shredded broccoli stir fry with chicken breast strips. 4. Dark lettuce, shredded beets, carrots, avocado, albacore tuna and shredded lifetime cheese. 5. Low fat cottage cheese (2%), mixed with angel hair red cabbage stir fried with black coarse pepper, salt. 6. Shirataki noodles, 96% ground organic beef, tomato sauce with side dish of grilled kabocha with cinnamon and truvia sprinkled on top. 7. grilled egg plants with olive oil, ground venison the ideas are endless! fighterdiet/athlete/store/paks/fighter-diet-pak
