Typical breakfast for me. 1 egg w/ 3 egg whites, oatmeal w/ cinnamon and stevia, and the Yogi green tea blueberry slim life mixed with some bamboo loose leaf tea and sweetened with stevia. Sometimes I swap the oats for whole grain waffles or toast. Sometimes I have fruit on the side too. Also I like turkey bacon. Stevia is an all natural zero calorie sweeter. The yogi tea gives me an energy boost after long nights and slightly helps with cravings. The bamboo tea is rich in silica which our bodies can only get from external sources. And supports healthy hair, skin, and nails along other things. I eat like this specifically to support fat lose and muscle gain. The protein in the eggs and carbs in the oats helps me to get my day started and keeps cravings to a minimum later on in the day. Breakfast truly is the most important meal of the day, youre breakfast can either make or break your eating pattern for the rest of the day.
