Typical weekend hunt. Last night, lose bearings coming out of woods and cant remember where boat is parked along river, panic. Eventually find boat 45 min after dark. This morning, Lock keys in the truck while its running, lights flashing and horn honking because alarm is tripped. Makes 45 min late getting on river. Starter quits, boat wont start with 20 min til daylight and counting. Must find rope and pull start boat while drifting down river. 5 min til daylight, silence phone and sneak inside timber, spook every deer along way. In stand. 7:20am, wake-up alarm goes off on phone inside coat pocket. Cant find which pocket phone is in. This evening, stay at the house.
