Windows System Engineer Major Responsibilities: • Fielding/Closing internal IT Help Desk tickets • Windows PC troubleshooting • Network printer installation • Software troubleshooting and configuration • General network troubleshooting • ShoreTel Phone System troubleshooting • Setup new PCs for new employees • Active directory user management • Group policy administration • Video conferencing troubleshooting • Various other IT specific tasks Basic Requirements: • Strong IT background • Strong Network & PC/Mac knowledge • Software applications support • Windows desktop/server and Mac operating systems • Strong customer service skills • Ability to work in a fast paced environment. • Excellent communication skills, including listening and questioning. • Detail oriented Strong organizational skills • Exceptional critical thinking skills to assist in problem solving. • Ability to multi-task. • Ability to work independently as well as to meet deadlines. • Strong skills in Microsoft Office.
