U.S. Forest Service Invite- Saturday, June 28th, children of all ages can explore the world of beavers with a presentation and field trip to a beaver habitat. Meet at the Tiller Ranger District at 9 a.m. for the presentation. Then plan on caravanning to the beaver habitat. Transportation isn’t provided. The Tiller Ranger District is located at 27812 Tiller Trail Highway. For more information, contact Field Ranger Emily Veale at (541) 957-3246 or [email protected]. Directions: From Canyonville take West 1st Street and turn onto SE 3rd St/OR-227. Continue to follow OR-227 approximately 23 miles until you reach Tiller. Drive across the bridge and the Ranger District is on the left.
