U.S. Honor Flag Comes Back To LAX National Honor for Fallen Covina Officer Miami-Beach, Florida- The U.S. Honor Flag makes another trip to California. Honoring another fallen Hero. Covina Police Officer Jordan Corder was killed in a motorcycle crash on North Citrus Avenue at 1:55 pm Tuesday, September 30, 2014. The U.S. Honor Flag will arrive at LAX with law enforcement teams from all around the area. The aircraft also be given a ceremonial water cannon salute upon arrival. Extensive security measures are in place to secure and protect this one very special American flag. The U.S. Honor Flag will travel on the flight deck of American Airlines flight 2433. The flight will depart from Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas at 12:05 this afternoon. Scheduled arrival 1:20 PM this afternoon. Check aa for updated flight information. The U.S. Honor Flag was last at LAX to honor the first TSA agent killed in the line of duty, Gerardo I. Hernandez 39.
