The band were formed by current members under the name Achtung Baby and since 1993, they have performed over 1000 shows, in three different continents. The band have performed in Dublins O2 (the Point Depot) to 7000 people and in 1997, they performed alongside U2 at Feyenoord Stadium, Rotterdam. U2 2s past clients include BBC1, ITV1, RTE, SKY TV, Blackberry & The 2012 Olympics, where the band played twice for the Irish Team & fans. The band are joined on vocals by Tono Higginson & as always they boast the best in sounds. Were flattered by what theyre doing - BONO. SOLEY MOURNING are a five piece, melodic classic rock band from the Black Country. Soley Mourning are not just a killer live act, they clearly demonstrate remarkable musicianship and mature song writing skills. The band have forged a sound that is reminiscent of no one else and entirely their own. Formed in 2006, SOLEY MOURNING quickly set about writing and performing their own material, and 6 years on have four studio albums under their belt. The band have built up a major live following all around the Midlands, as well as Belgium, Denmark, Germany and Holland, playing headline shows and major festivals. The sheer dynamism and quality of their live shows has been responsible for winning them a European tour support slot with Magnum in 2009 and national tour slots with iconic female artists Toyah Willcox and Hazel O’Connor in 2012, where they were very well received, and had considerable radio and press interest.
