UACCH would like to bring to your attention upcoming screenings of a number of documentaries at the Russian Cultural Center Our Texas. One of them, The Pipe documentary, is by a Lviv-born director - Vitaly Manskiy. In the documentary the camera crew traveled the course of Russia’s Urengoy-Pomary-Uzhhorod pipeline, which transports gas from Western Siberia to Western Europe, looking at the mostly hardscrabble lives of the communities en route. This film has been a Winner of the 2013 Karlovy Vary International Film Festival’s documentary competition.
