UK Home Office publishing new versions of visa application Forms for the following categories; applicable from 1st October 2013: 1. Tier 1 (Exceptional Talent) 2. Tier 1 (Investor) 3. Tier 1 (Graduate Entrepreneur) 4. Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) 5. Tier 1 (General) 6. Tier 2 (Priority) 7. Tier 2 (Priority Dependent) 8. Tier 2 (Main Applicant) 9. Tier 4 (General) 10. Tier 5 (Temporary Worker) 11. PBS Dependant application form for dependants of Tier 1, 2 and 5 migrants 12. PBS Dependant application form for dependants of Tier 4 migrants 13. Guidance notes for settlement protection applications. All these forms are for use by applicants who are already in the UK. A new version of the following application form for applicants who are in or outside of the UK has also been published: - Tier 1 (Exceptional Talent) Endorsement An applicant should use the new forms if you apply on or after 1 October 2013. However, the Home Office will continue to accept applications made on previous versions of these forms up to and including 22nd October 2013.
