Purpose of role Our Employment & Pensions department are looking for a Pensions lawyer, who is NQ-2 years PQE and who is keen to develop their current knowledge. This is an exciting and challenging role. The team acts for many recognised organisations, including private, public or not-for-profit companies, pension scheme trustees, financial institutions, individual executives, insolvency practitioners and government bodies. These clients expect excellent levels of advice and service. The team cover a wide range of pension matters including pension benefit changing exercises, pension fund deficits, restructuring, merging and winding up of pension schemes. At Dentons, you will get involved with regulatory and trustee work. Our team works on the pensions elements of the most significant cross-border transactions and work on behalf of an enviable client base, including multinational companies and financial institutions.
