Picture tough, hard as nails, no-nonsense, veteran inmates. Diverse haircuts, and even some shaven head/crew cuts would help portray the character/s. Discussions about haircuts (if necessary) and styling could be had further down the line. Any existing tattoos would be welcome, depending on design, and certainly helpful. Athletic/weightlifter characters are essential. The ability to do push-ups and sit-ups convincingly and repeatedly would be a distinct advantage. Similarly any basketball/netball experience would be ideal. Our filming sequence also involves a prison break so being fit and able would definitely be required. This will be a fully paid shoot and is running from January 2015 to June 2015, so potentially months of work for you.
