The Russian Prosecutor office has established the framework in Crimea today outlining all the regional prosecutor offices in Crimea & appointing the leadership; 3. Minister of the Labor & Social Protection has visited Crimea: “все документы легализуются. Не надо проходить никаких процедур переосвидетельствования”, “СЕГОДНЯ в Крым приедут специалисты из Академии госслужбы, которые организуют первые курсы для руководящего звена.”, “в течение 2 недель сможем написать /региональное/ законодательство как кальку с российского”. 4. March 24: Approp reps of the Crimean Ministry of Education held a meeting in Moscow; the concrete plans are to be developed on March 24-25.
