UKRAINE. 19:12 GMT: The peoples militia of the self-proclaimed Donetsk Peoples Republic gained control of a military unit guarding a plant that destroys and recycles explosives in Donetsk on Saturday. Control of the plant was gained through negotiation with the guarding unit, who were given the option of joining forces with the militia or returning home. While some members left, others stayed and have until Monday to make a final decision on whether they want to join the Donetsk Peoples Republic militia forces or return home. (RT)
