UKRAINE: US Vice President Joe Biden has called Russias behaviour in Ukraine unacceptable, urging Moscow to stick to Septembers peace deal. Speaking after a meeting with Ukraines President Petro Poroshenko on Friday, Biden addressed Putin rhetorically, saying: Do what you agreed to do, Mr. Putin. Biden was in Ukraine as part of a five-day trip which began in Morocco and will end in Turkey.
