UK_Stores Supervisor National Oilwell Varco - Morpeth UK_Stores Supervisor Requisition ID : 1403411 Description A vacancy has arisen for a Stock Controller / Stores Supervisor to be based at our Bedlington Facility (North East England) . Your main duties will be to: •Supervise and prioritise the workload of the Stores Department in line with the Production Schedule. •Control of all deliveries from suppliers both external and internal. •Ensure the highest level of stock accuracy at all times and highlight any diecrepancies to the Workshop Manager. •Organise and supervise stocktaking process. •Review stock reports and prepare month end reports for the Workshop Manager. •Ensure all stores procedures are followed. •Proactively monitor stock levels to ensure best use of stores space. •Coordinate all stores HR requirements. •Hold and report monthly stores meetings. Qualifications You should have the ability to work under pressure, achieve deadlines, use your own initiative and work in a pro-active manner. You should have a working knowledge of Vantage or an equivalent ERP system and good IT skills with MS Office packages.
