UN-JUSTICE WITH NON-TEACHING STAFF, IN UNIVERSITY OF PESHAWAR IN REGARDS TO REGULAR ADMISSIONS University of Peshawar which is a Model for other Universities in Khybr Pakhtunkhwa. The university was founded in 1950 and offers various academic programs for undergraduate, post-graduate and doctoral studies. Currently approximately 14060 enrolled students attending the university, it has six academic faculties with forty postgraduate department as well as operating two centers of excellence. The university is known for its engaging research in Social, Medical and Natural Sciences. All Universities follows the Policies, Rules and Criteria and implement these rules and Criteria. There are two categories of employees working in, first category is teaching staff and 2nd category is non-teaching staff, both are applying full of theirs efforts, for the best entrust of the University, every employee level his/her best, they are doing, assign jobs professionally. According to the law of Allah or the law of any State, every employee reserved equal right in any organization or in any Department, but Peshawar University is a place where the high authority made difference between the employees, where they created an un known point, which distributed the all employee in two categories, that un know point spreading violation in non-teaching staff against the teaching staff. From couple of years the non-teaching staff facing many difficulties and problems, the recent one which is the current issue, is regarding the admission in M.A level or M.Phil and Ph.D level. If we see in past, we found that the university employees were fully facilitated with the education facilities, by the then administrative staff or high authority, but from few years the high authority restricted all of the non-teaching staff. They made a difference between teaching staff and non-teaching staff like, the university facilitate all of the teaching staff with the facility of higher education within the country or abroad, with an extra facility of study with pay, but in same case if a non-teaching employee apply for a University level education, they have been simply rejected, with no reason, one of the teacher who’s a member of Syndicate also made comments that university education is not a job requirement for any non-teaching employee. If a non-teaching employee intend to take admission in Master level of education in 2nd shift and if asked for NOC which is necessary for regular admission, the case keep pending pending until the admissions closed. Some of the administrative staff made remarks that the concerned employee work will suffer after the admission. Let me one thing clear the a teacher job is important whether a non-teaching employee job is important, both are important in theirs places but a concerned subject teacher job can’t do any other teacher, because every teacher has something special which can’t be found in any other person, but in absence of a clerk the same work could finished with the help of other clerk, many of non-teaching staff employee failed to avail the facility of university education last time, and still many has pressed that wish in theirs hearts. I appeal to the Vice Chancellor and as well to the Administrative staff like Registrar and MNAS of the Province include the Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to kindly make a kind notice on that kind of important matters, and let the non-teaching staff out from this kind of problem, and give them chance of education, because they are also a part of the University of Peshawar. They struggle day and nights for this University. A teacher can teach something to the student but actually the non-teaching staff, they run the University. For a successful organization, this is necessary that the Head of that Organization should keep all of the employees in a single plat form and provide equal rights.
