UN mission pulling out of Congo in 2 yrs same happened in Burundi now (there will be election 2015 and UN is pulling out).. Same tactics now with Congos UN-Mission?? before the elections 2016 will be rigged again and the whole thing turns into a new war-like struggle for power.. lets move out of the shit and not beeing responsible for it.. !! conclusion: where there is no peace to keep... u send a UN btn that will enforce peace with helicopter gunships.. if that also doesnt help.. u negotiate with war criminals.. if that is also not working out.. u try to force the stubben president out of office.. if he is not listening.. u go home again..
