UN prepares for Film Fest By LUKE LALU Preparations are now underway again for another Human Rights Film Festival for this year, come October. Coordinator of the United Nations Women division, Agnes Titus told NBC news yesterday that as the month of October is nearing planning preparations are on for the Film Festival which is set for the 10th to the 17th October this year. Coordinator Titus says, the film festival is a very vital means in disseminating information of actions depicting human rights of each and individual people in Bougainville. She says this is one learning avenue where people learn more about human rights and other relating issues that may and can occur in communities. Titus encourages the people to make use of the event for their own benefit and Bougainville as a whole. The film festival commences in North Bougainville and then moves onto the mainland Bougainville. Ends…///
