UNBELIEVABLE! I just got back from doing some banking and while I was in line a bank employee rushed past me obviously preoccupied with something. So I stopped him and told him that the would be much better looking if he would smile. He didnt seem impressed with my comment! I am SO pissed off that Im going to write a letter to the CEO of the bank who happens to be a personal friend of mine and report this employee! My husband and I spend a fortune on banking fees and when I am in the bank I expect EVERY employee to be constantly smiling and cheerful! I didnt get this guys name but I will just describe him as a somewhat handsome heavy set man in his fifties. He may get suspended of even lose his job but I dont give a shit! Im the customer!!! *****change the bank for an airplane and me as the employee***** I would NEVER EVER do that to someone!!!! At this point I feel that any flight that doesnt get shot at or down or go missing is a good day in the airline industry! And the next passenger to tell me that I would be prettier if I would smile more while his hand is cupping my chin is going to lose a limb! And why is it the EVERYBODY is a close friend of a big shot with the airline???? When I received this complaint letter I thought it couldnt possibly be MOI!!! Im only 47!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!!
