UNBELIEVABLE!!! One of my Plexus team members shared this. HER HUSBAND IS A DOCTOR!!!~ This is from my husband Lisa! I wanted to share my observations of what Plexus has meant for Barb. For those of you that dont know, I am a physician, practicing full time in internal medicine and post acute care. I see the end of the road problems caused by diabetes, heart disease, and stroke, and they arent good. Before Barb found Plexus, her health was heading in the wrong direction. She had fibromyalgia, hypertension, elevated cholesterol, was on the verge of a diagnose of diabetes, and was carrying about 20 pounds more than she liked. Unfortunately, with the fibromyalgia, she wasnt able to exercise properly, and was taking narcotic medications on a daily basis just to cope with the pain. It was a classic vicious cycle, one with profound health ramifications. With Plexus, Barb found an immediate improvement in her pain. So much so, that when the seven day pack ran out, and the pain returned off Plexus, she was desperately trying to figure out a way to get the shipment as quickly as possible. Those few days were the last time she has needed narcotic pain medications. In the interim, she was able to do more, lose the weight, and the blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood sugar all improved, to the point that medication was no longer needed. She is not on any prescription medications, something she couldnt say for a few years. I know there are lots of people who promote Plexus due to its ability to help them lose weight. Of course that is important. But for Barb, it has meant much more, a return to a healthier self, one that can avoid devastating health problems down the road
