Hence, theres a feeling that SELECT seats might have been won by CONgress due to hacking of Electronic Voting Machine. Dr. Subramanian Swamy worked hard and got great ruling from Supreme Court. SC ordered Sonia Gandhis GoI to implement Hard Paper Voters Receipt, which voter could verify for correction and drop in a box (so as to use for recount in case of a controversy). This system is called VVPAT. However, insulting the SC, Sonia Gandhis GoI has ensured that the VVPAT system is implemented only in 10 constituencies out of 542 !
