UNC-Cheat: decades of systemic academic abuse, systemic fraud, - TopicsExpress

UNC-Cheat: decades of systemic academic abuse, systemic fraud, cover ups, cover ups of cover ups. Wainstein report re-affirms what most of us believed. But recall Tom Cruise in A Few Good Men ... It doesnt matter what I believe, it only matters what I can prove. UNC-Cheat appears to be finally admitting it was in fact an athletic issue. This is important. Years ago Congress enacted the RICO cases. It gave authorities the tools to go after mobsters for the wrong doings of their underlings. The Mob bosses had been able to pull an Obama and claim ignorance, stick their head in the sand and wipe their hands of any criminal conduct. The RICO laws closed this loop hole. The NCAA has a similar tool. LACK OF INSTITUTIONAL CONTROL. If there ever was a fact pattern to use this tool, its the evidence set forth in the Wainstein report. The NCAA has become a laughingstock, hypocrites to the tenth degree. Heres a great opportunity to establish credibility. But lets get to the point. Dr. Alveda King, the niece of the great MLK, recently described Pres. Obama as morally bankrupt. This apt description also applies to UNC-Cheat and many other prominent institutions across the country. Where is the leadership? Where are the leaders that will make the moral choice when no one is looking? Who will turn down the fast money and not take short cuts? They are few and far between. If I ever run for an elected position integrity will be a pillar of my platform. I learned integrity from my Dad. And if any of you know someone else that can use todays Wainstein report findings for self promotion and to take a few jabs at Pres. Obama ... let me know. Forward. MD Sidebar - years ago the plan was to go in on Obama and eventually transition to UNC-Cheat, but there was so much material on Obama that I never really had time to make the transition.
