UNCLE SAM DOESNT NEED YOU - the UNION OF JEWISH WOMEN of JOHANNESBURG NEEDS YOU!!!!! Calling all young women aged 18 years and over - and keen to help build our beautiful country. There is so much need - so many needy - and so much to do. Were asking YOU, the young women of Johannesburg, to join us in making life better for thousands of young, middle aged and elderly. They need food, clothes, education, inspiration, creativity, artistry ... and a whole lot of love. They need to see that there IS a future for them. They need to know that people DO really care for them. They need to hear that tomorrow WILL be a better day. They need YOU - and we at the Union of Jewish Women of Johannesburg need you too. Theres a magical feeling one experiences seeing the joy and delight on the faces of those who have less than we do, when we teach them to be self-sufficient, when we teach them to read, when we show them how to sew and bake, when we surprise them with little treats, little outings, little unexpected pleasures. To give of oneself is the greatest good - and we can all give of ourselves, whether daily, weekly or monthly. The UJW needs YOUNG members - FUNKY members - CREATIVE members - DEDICATED members - PASSIONATE members - SENSITIVE members - to share with us the joy of giving.
