UNDANGAN FESTIVAL INTERNASIONAL DI AMSTERDAM, BELANDA Dear Proud PresUnivers, If you dont have any plan this summer, perhaps you can join the International Folklore Dance and Culture Festival in Amsterdam from July 29 to August 4, 2014. There will be 20 participants from Indonesia (President University and delegates from other institutions/universities) who will join this event and you will be part of the Indonesian Folklore Dance to represent the Republic of Indonesia in the Netherlands. The international festival is organized by the local authority of Holland-Amsterdam in corporation with IOV (the International Organization of Folk Arts) and EAFF (European Association Folklore Festivals). Just like the international festival in Turkey which was participated by 14 President University students in June this year, the lodging and meals in Amsterdam (and normally local sightseeing to promote the place/ local transport) are free of charge / borne by the local government. Nevertheless, there are some costs that each participant needs to shoulder as follows: 1. Registration Fee Rp. 1,445,000 2. Administration + Documentation Rp. 1,275,000 3. Adm. Visa (Embassy +Hukum&HAM+DEPLU)) Rp. 1,870,000 4. Travel Insurance Rp. 540,000 5. Roundtrip airline tickets Jakarta-Amsterdam-Jakarta Rp. 20,400,000 TOTAL ALL IN COST RP. 25,530,000 (NO HIDDEN COSTS) - Costumes, Accessories, Make-Up, training fee, are fully sponsored by TMII (free). Itinerary: July 29, 2014 --------> Take off from Jakarta at 19.10 (estimation) July 30, 2014 --------> Arrived in Amsterdam at 12.20 (local time).
