UNDERSTANDING AND BUILDING UP A NEW HOME PART 1: To build a new home isnt an easy task. Its nt just about the marriage parties and how family and friends rejoiced during the party but it is what will happen behind the scene cos thats what is called the true family. Most early home breaks cos the lack of understanding the term, Marriage that is why i was moved to write this post with my little knowledge. I will break it into parts to help the readers so that it dont turn to be a bore to them reading it. I beg of ur little time and patience. Thank you. Marriage is a sacrament ordained by God. It is not just a union of man and woman as a husband and wife as our then social studies and Govt. taught us then in school. The ability to understand it will help us to have a better regard and respect to our homes. We can never have it right when we dont understand it so thats why i will pick up some facts that breaks up a home to see justice to it. 1)CHANGING OF ENVIRONMENT: This actually affects the women mostly since they are the one that will leave their parent and siblings to ur house as her husband. Its not easy at all. Men that understand this will do all thngs possible to make the wife happy at least till she adapts to the new home. Thats why u see a lady crying after the ceremony when its time for her to follow her husband home. Some see it as madness but truly, its not. Just put urself in her position and u will see more reasons why she must cry. She will not see her parents, sibs and other loving relations. She will not have that independent and freedom again. It is forever journey of no return not just a holiday and finaly, she have to change her identity to that of urs and take ur surname as hers. Can u do all that for her? Its true that tradition made it so but u dont have to worsen her thoughts towards that rather she needs that love and care to be able to adapt. Its here that most men fail and the new home goes soar. U as a man seems to forget that women are so soft like children. If u can handle a small child that come on a holiday for the child not to cry cos he/she is missing his/her parents, then u can handle ur woman well at this early stage. She will cry always at home and even do some certain thngs to piss u off but ur ability to understand and make her happy is what makes u a man. Avoid treatin her like a soldier at this stage rather make the house very romantic and buy her new thngs that she lvs so as to make her heart settle fast(smiles). Just as i say that they are just kids so just do that thng u do 2kids on holiday to 4gt their home to her and u will see her adapt. Always hold her hands while walking dwn the street, this wl tell that she belongs to u and her mind wil feel relaxed. Show her off to ur friends proudly and dont forget the pet names that makes her smile 4u. If u both are living alone, make all the four corners of the house to be romantic since u have that privacy. Play with her like a kid and u wl see her easily 4gt her old family and love to be with u forever. I will come back with the part 2 of this later. Happy Sunday, friends!
