UNDERSTANDING FIVE TYPES OF PEOPLE IN YOUR LIFE! This is crucial for you to know. Your people skills determine your promotion or demotion. Here are 5 tiers or types of how people think of and receive you. 1. Reject You/ They want nothing to do with you. Cant stand you. 2. Tolerate You- They acknowledge you, but, arent feeling you. 3. Accept You- They deal with you, but havent valued you. 4. Appreciate You- They love you, your gift, input and company. 5. Celebrate You- They treat you like a celebrity. Roll out the red carpet. Honor God, in you! KNOW THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN Accepted, Tolerated, Appreciated and Celebrated. Give no time to those that REJECT or simply ACCEPT you, except, when God leads you to. They are needed to perfect you, God uses them, as, sandpaper. Their roughness, smooths, you. Work with those that TOLERATE you, by being consistently Christ-like, before them and they will become those that APPRECIATE you. Their heart is open to you. They may not perceive you, therefore, they are slow to receive you. But, they do accept you, and you must, be intentional in your relational development. Meaning, invest effort and energy in them. Their heart is open. God will touch and turn it completely, toward you and not just, open, to you. Heres the MASTER KEY: Treat them how you desire to be treated. Then, it will set Gal. 6:7, law of reciprocity, into effect. They will rise to CELEBRATE you. Every time you see them, it will be like a party of joy at the sight. Know This: The key to FAVOR with another person is to, MAKE THEM FEEL BETTER ABOUT THEMSELVES, ONCE THEY ARE IN YOUR PRESENCE. People will like you, for liking them. Sometimes, youre not REJECTED or merely, TOLERATED, you are Mis-understood. In all thy getting, with people, get UNDERSTOOD For Gods sake, eliminate as many enemies as you can, by making them your friends. Those that celebrate you, are those given BY GOD, to you. Manage their hearts and guard your own, because, sometimes, those, who, once, celebrated you, will, suddenly not appreciate, accept or tolerate, but, reject you.
