UNDERSTANDING WHEN TO SOW YOUR SEED AS A CHRISTIAN Sowing should produce harvest but nowadays for Christians this simple principle seems not to be so. Many Christians have sown millions of bucks, all that they had but never got the harvest, why? Because they never understood what they were doing, they never understood the key things to consider when you sow. Let me highlight some of the important things to consider when you sow your seed; 1. The Sowing Ground- the same way that agrarians are considerate of the humidity and nature of the ground (atmosphere of the soil) they are sowing their seeds in, so you should be. You cannot expect to harvest after sowing in a clay soil never! So many times Christians who sow their seeds with miscalculation of the soils or grounds (spiritual atmosphere) they are sowing in never get the harvest. This calls for discernment of the atmosphere where you can sow your seed-do not sow your seed only because the pastor expects you to sow- what matters is what you sow and how you do it under what conditions. 2. The Sowing Season- again the season on which you are sowing matters a lot. You know the mere fact that you are an agrarian does not mean you can sow anytime and anyhow-there are seasons of sowing. You sow in winter you will not reap anything. I liken this to Christians who sow their seeds under conditions of showing off, so that so and so can see that i have sown a seed greater than his or hers- I tell you your sowing is meaningless because it was sown on a wrong season. 3.What you do after Sowing- no man who when he has sown the seeds goes back home and stays there and awaits harvest time. Agrarians make sure that they follow up their sown seeds, nurture them in all possible ways through activities such as weeding, controlling insects that might have negative impact on their crops. The same way after you have sown your seed as a Christian follow up your seeds as they germinate, make sure you guard them in prayer and remaining faithful to God as the harvest is being prepared from heavens. Then once you are observant of these key things your life of sowing as a Christian will change, it will never be that sowing without harvest. I speak upon your life today that every seed you shall sow let be it sown in good atmosphere, let it be sown at the right season and let the Holy Spirit lead you as you wait for the harvest. I prophesy that every seed you have sown, you are sowing and will sow brings forth the desired harvest according to the will of God in Jesus name, Amen.
