UNESCO piloted a toolkit for teaching and learning biodiversity in partnership with the Ministry of Environment and five selected schools in Kampong Thom, Siem Reap and Battambang with an aim to raise awareness about biodiversity and sustainable development in Cambodia. The teachers who were trained incorporated examples of biodiversity into their day-to-day teaching and learning activities.
