UNFPA, the United Nations Population Fund, is the lead UN agency for delivering a world where every pregnancy is wanted, every birth is safe, and every young persons potential is fulfilled. UNFPA is on the ground improving lives in about 150 countries that are home to 80 per cent of the world’s population. In these countries, the Fund is a catalyst for progress.
