UNIQUE EVACUATION MOVEMENT IN STO. DOMINGO. Bical residents move their entire houses to empty lots beside the road or inside the relocation site at San Andres- it is both a temporary relocation and an evacuation. The Provincial Govt respects and supports these initiatives to ensure food security and safety. The constraint is availability of empty lots in safe locations.
