UNIVERSITY OF PROFESSIONAL STUDIES, ACCRA FACULTY OF COMMUNICATIONS STUDIES is inviting applications for admission into the following Undergraduate and Diploma programmes for the 2013/2014 Academic Year: • Bachelor of Science in Information Technology Management • Diploma inInformation Technology Management • Diploma in Public Relations Management i. Available Sessions • Undergraduate Programme: Regular (Morning),Evening & Weekend Sessions are available for Level 100 entry • Diploma Programmes: Regular (Morning) and Evening Sessions ii. Admission Requirements for the Undergraduate Programme West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) & Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (SSSCE) applicantsmust have at least credit passes (i.e. grade A1-C6 and grade A-D respectively) in three core subjects includingEnglish Language, Mathematics and Integrated Science/Social Studiesin addition to any three elective subjects with an aggregate score of 24 or better. Note 1:Applicants who have written WASSCE in May /June 2013, are also eligible to apply. They will be required to indicate their WASSCE index numbers and the subjects they have written on- line. iii. Admission Requirements for the Diploma Programmes WASSCE and SSSCEapplicants must have at least credit passes (i.e. grade A1-C6 and grade A- D respectively) in three core subjects includingEnglish Language, Mathematics and Integrated Science/Social Studiesin addition to any two elective subjects with an aggregate score of 30 or better. Note 2:Applicants who have written WASSCE in May /June 2013, are also eligible to apply. They will be required to indicate their WASSCE index numbers and the subjects they have written on-line. iv. How to Apply • Completion of On-line Application Form All applications are to be strictly completed on-line at admission.upsa.edu.gh using e- vouchers (on-line serial numbers). Submission of Supporting Documents Completed application forms should be sent by EMS and NOT delivered by hand.
