UNLOCK YOUR HUAWEI/ZTE AND OTHER BROADBAND MODEMS: I also added some tools for unlocking your modem, baka kaelanganin nyu din or for alternative use (nasa other tools folder).. 1.Extract the folder name DC Unlocker to any desired destiantion then Install dc-unlocker_client-1.00.1131.exe 2.Plugin your modem to pc (dapat ibang sim na nakalagay jan) 3.Magoopen ang dashboard ng modem mo with error something like Sim Is Not Applicable or Action Not Allowed etc. 4.Just press OK then exit your modem dashboard 5.Now open dccrap.exe SELECT MANUFACTURER: (dapat alam mo brand/model ng modem mo if it is huawei/zte etc.) SELECT MODEL: (auto detect na yan) 6.Click SERVER (nasa left side panel) (sa username kahit ano same sa password then click CHECK LOGIN) 7.Now, click Magnifying Glass icon to search your modem (wait till madetect.. 8.Pag naditect na may makikita kayong mga info sa baba like your modem model, firmware version, IMEI, then Sim Status, nakalagay jan LOCKED kasi nga ibang sim yung inilagay mo sa modem.. 9.Now click mo yung UNLOCKING (nasa left side panel) then click UNLOCK, hintaying matapos at may makitang UNLOCK SUCCESSFULLY confirmation message. 10.After nyan exit na si dc unlocker, remove your modem from pc then plug it again,and you are done.. COMMENT: as of now i only tried this sa ZTE mf627 (04 ang huli ng firmware smartbro) at 628, after ko iunlock yung modem hindi ko na ginagamit yung original dashboard nya instead i use different type of dashboard like alternative dashboard for mf627/628 DOWNLOAD LINK: dc-files/files/huawei/modems/E158/dashboard/Mobile_Partner_16.001.06.01.500.zip Sa mga nakakaranas ng ZTE CDMA TECHNOLOGIES MSM driver installation error, lalo na yung mga ZTE smartbroadband na nadiditect naman ng PC yung modem kaso ayaw mag-install ng driver tulad ng naranasan ko na inabot ako ng isang araw searching for solution.. CREATE NEW CONNECTION PROFILE sa dashboard mo depende sa gamit ng sim and input as follows (below) NOTE: activating sim for internet is optional just in case na nakagawa na kayo ng tamang configuration but still ayaw mgconnect ng dashboard kahit may signal naman. ---------------------------------- CONFIGURATION SETTINGS: *For Smart: Go to: Tools > Options > Profile Management > Dial-Up FOR SMART BUDDY SIM: Profile Name: Smart internet Dial Number: *99# Static APN: internet FOR SMARTBRO SIM: Profile Name: SMARTBRO Dial Number: *99# Static APN: smartbro go to Advance and choose PAP then Save. NOTE: (activate your Smart sim for internet use) To activate, type 3G ON and GPRS ON send to 333, MMS ON send to 3401 To check your balance & activate Per Minute Packages* Register at smart website: smart.ph/connect/ *For Globe Prepaid: NOTE: (activate your Globe Sim for Internet use) To activate, type TIME and send to 1111 Go to: Tools > Options > Profile Management > Dial-Up Profile Name: Globe Visibility or Globe Tattoo Dial Number: *99***1# Static APN: http.globe.ph then Save. *For Sun Prepaid: Only old Sun Sim will work, does already been use in phones and accessed Internet in cell phones..
