Abysmal quality of life even when National Wealth is increasing as never before, and in PPP terms is the 3rd largest economy in the world.....From the Sarpanchs to the MPs, few are willing to allow Police Reforms Bill to be passed and none are interested in expanding a glacial paced Judiciary, as that would translate to less power, less money. Let the billion suffer in an all pervading corruption and with distorted freedom. Even small and poorer countries as Sri Lanka and Maldives stand much above in the HDI list. . When all liberal institutions have been systematically corrupted and made dysfunctional, when even media is becoming less and less useful, wish Social Media becomes the new vanguard of sanity.
