UNSPOKEN ANGER Anger The cancer of emotions Expressed even without a word Body language tells it all Even when we claim all is well Our emotions readily betray us. Problem with anger: Anger can never be hidden Anger must find an expression Anger eats up the human heart The heart pumps and expands All for an unnecessary anger! I can see her face she claims all is well her expression shows otherwise she tries to put up a wry smile this is a camouflage at its best the anger is written all over her. The anger tells All of the sadness I can observe They tell me all she can never say Anger bottled over a period of time Anger that shortens a human lifespan…. Speak it out Let anger pack to anger-land Claim your life and be a free person Anger is a tool devised by the devil We all can be angry just for a while But when we let anger rule, we lose! © Engr.
