*****UNTIL WE MET***** My cornered heart of pain Lighted the cigar of hate puffing forth smokes of sorrow Which sapped my hemoglobin of love. I was aloof, equally adamantine Hatred spurred my adrenaline Rammed love, adieu Pains left me muzzy, acutely. In grief,My burnt emotions Played tunes of emptiness On the tranquil street of my core For loathe to dance to its blues of solitude. Giant despair Colonized my heart Thorns replaced roses Loneliness choked me. My passion cried to sully Flooding my entirety With the scurvy sea of weary Till my hormonal bliss perished Until we met, I flash back My soul, body and spirit suffered And You came, took and embraced me Your hands, I cherish the warmth Until we met, never felt this before A slip of Love Thirsty for more How metamorphosed, my statue quo Until we met, never realised Love in its fullest Grace a perfect choice Faith in You, Jesus, assurance of eternity.
