UPCOMING AGM & COMMITTEE VACANCY As you may have seen we have our AGM coming up next week - Tuesday 2 September 7.30pm at the Toy Library. We currently have a vacancy on the committee and this is for a Membership Coordinator. It is so important that we have a full committee as we are all volunteers and as such are all limited to the time we can commit along with our work, family and other commitments. We need as much help as possible to continue to run the Toy Library for all our members. The role mainly consists of: Membership renewals Membership queries/ enquiries Ensuring active members are rostered for one duty per term Attracting new members Member surveys If you would like to join the Toy Library committee and feel you have the skills for this role we would love for you to come along to the meeting on Tuesday. Or if you are interested and would like to discuss further or have any questions please give me a call on 021 606 408. Or even have a chat to one of our lovely Librarians when you are next in the library. Even if you are not interested in a committee role, any and all members are invited and very welcome to attend the AGM. We would love to see as many members there as possible.
