UPDATE - AIRCRAFT EMERGENCY LANDING (ST. CLAIR TOWNSHIP, ON) At around 11:00am on Sunday, September 14th 2014 Lambton OPP, Lambton EMS and the St. Clair Township Fire Department responded to an agricultural field on Oil Springs Line just east of Telfer Road for reports of an aircraft involved in an emergency landing. Police say the male pilot who was alone in the aircraft experienced in-flight aircraft problems that required him to preform an emergency landing. He was then transported to hospital via Lambton EMS with what appears to be minor injuries. Lambton OPP have now cleared the scene and Transport Canada has been advised of the incident. Police say the investigation is continuing.
