UPDATE - Court Trial - NAILEDToday 11/03/2014 my mother, Lynne Portues and I attended Hartlepool Magistrates Court at 9:20 am in time for our farcical fraudulent Trial at 10 am.We had the guidance from a very good Lawyer over the phone - though we turned up with no legal representative. At 10:40 am my mother looked in on the Court room and saw the Court usher sat in the judges seaton - there were no judges at that time. There was a ginger haired woman sat at the back, who we assume was the prosecution Lawyer.1st time in Court: We were each asked for our names, address, age, d.o.b etc, we confirmed and then my mother asked for the 3 magistrates names - they wouldnt tell us.We then read out On and for the record, I except the OATH of the JUDGE, the Court and ALL others concerned twice each, then the legal Clerk tried to silence us, so we kept putting them under Queens bench by reciting the same thing, whilst they tried to interrupt us obviously. They then called security and had us removed.2nd time in Court: The male judge sat in the middle (had beard, glasses, aged approx 50s) told us to listen carefully to what the Legal Clerk was to tell us.The Legal Clerk then was starting to say something about proceedings so then we went straight into putting them under the Queens bench again. They then called security (the security looked very confused by the way) and we were removed again, my mother told them about how everything was fraudulent what they are doing.3rd time in Court: Before this, they tried to get just me (Nathalie Veart) to go in, to which we said no - as I chose to come there with my Mother. So then we were both called in again. The Legal Clerk told us to be quiet as he was to tell us about the Court proceedings, so we again, both went straight into reciting putting them under Queens bench, again and again - which they again were trying to talk over us and silence us, but we kept placing them under Queens bench until they again got security to take us out, my mam said how they were all trying to break the law and the oath.....then the Court usher, Emma Betts, came to tell us we could now go in for the Trial (without representation - which is again breaking the law) or could leave. They chucked us out 3 times, we had no choice. We announced to everyone waiting outside of Court rooms that the Magistrates were trying to break the law in Courtroom 3, aswell as the security.Graeme Hetherington - the editor of the Northern Echo was present during this, and so was Felicity Hunter from Hartlepool Mail.So we are apparently back on bail or whatever crap they are trying to convince us of......lol.So - in the name of the Prince and here.....we.....GO!
