UPDATE - We learned today that the Metro Planning Department staff have recommended that the developers rezoning request for 16th Avenue South be deferred to the Metro Planning Commission meeting on January 22, 2015. The developer wants to demolish THREE historic buildings in order to build a new apartment building. We will keep you posted when we learn more details and provide you with Call to Action information. Stay tuned!
