UPDATE - You may remember a few weeks ago a woman was on here asking for help to get a kitten out of a palm tree on the corner of Lakewood Blvd. and 41. The kitten had been in the tree for at least three days and during that time she had been told by the fire and police dept. that they dont like to be bothered with these things and DAS told her to put food at the base of the tree and the cat would come down. Desperate she posted on here and with the help of another couple we got the kitten down from the top of a 25 foot palm tree. He is the cutest little guy, he was named Christopher and was fully vetted. Yesterday was his lucky day he was adopted by the cutest little girl. She came to the Naples Cat Alliance with her twin sister and her parents and used her own Christmas money to adopt him. Her sister adopted an equally cute and lucky kitten too. Thank you to everyone involved, what could have turned out to be a short life for this poor guy turned into a very happy ending!
