UPDATE - well, as has been the norm, I am back in COH becasue of a low grade fever - it was borderline, so they always err on the side of caution as I was readmitted. I needed platelets, got em, still waiting for my blood to be transfused as it now 9:00pm (I arrived here at 11:00am). My blood type is now BACK to O-, I guess that means that the transplant marrow I received from my sister (O+) is now kaput. I will reconfirm this with the doctor tomorrow. If this is true, then the GVHD should go away if I not fighting the new marrow (Graft) as me being the Host. I am confused. Nevertheless, I will start my third round of light chemo tomorrow and I could be on this indefinitely until we find a better match unrelated donor - please go to bethematch.org and get people who are 18-44 yrs old to register - its free! For people over 44, theres a $100 donation/fee to register - but you might be my match and Ill pay you back if you are. Ill pay to big time! TTFN
