UPDATE #2 on Mom for today: The antibiotics are doing their job! She looks and feels so much better. In fact, she looks and acts the best since she has been hospitalized...she smiled big and waved when I walked in today :-) They turned off the positive pressure, and she was able to breathe on her own for an hour...and ABG (arterial blood gas) results all looked good. We could possibly be attempting extubation tomorrow! They will be doing a CT Scan while she is at the Cancer Center at 10:30 tomorrow morning for radiation. Bad news received today...her insurance is ceasing payment for the last 8 radiation treatments at $2k each so please pray we can get this resolved. My fellas didnt leave today since there was so much happening at the time they were scheduled to leave. They will be leaving about mid-morning tomorrow so please pray for safe travels for them! I cant say thank you enough for all the thoughts, prayers, calls, texts, messages, cards, etc. God bless and much love!!
