UPDATE: After getting second and third opinions saying that he would need the surgery, Zack went to the audiologist today and had a tympanogram test done that determined that he had a normal level of fluid - which is great and would indicate that he doesnt have a leak. Meaning, at least to our understanding, that he may not need the surgery! The second and third opinions were retracted after getting the unexpectedly awesome results from the tympanogram and they said they believe he may not need surgery now. On Monday, he will be going back to the neurosurgeon, where they will HOPEFULLY confirm what we want - that he will not need to undergo surgery. God does such miraculous things through Zack all the time; its crazy to see miracles still unfolding. Also, today he went to Cell Group tonight at Fellowship with some friends.
