**UPDATE** As you all know Ive started a 21 Day Challenge with a group of my Plexus Sisters. It consists of clean eating, accountability and ensuring we are taking our Plexus products like we should. This first week consisted of a detox. In our group we share recipe ideas, encouragement and definitely a few laughs. I have a few accountability partners, but to be honest, the entire group of ladies have encouraged me every single day. So with that being said just 1 week of clean eating and my fabulous Plexus products this lady is down over 7 1/2 lbs!! That number made the past week ohhhhh so worth it! Now to start week 2! BRING IT!!!
