UPDATE: Big Spring Police continue to investigate a stabbing incident that wounded two women at a residence at 1101 Marijo early Wednesday morning. KBYG News Thursday reported an arrest of a woman at that residence, 34 year old Charlene Storie, but Police Sgt. Tony Everett tells us that arrest was based on a warrant not related to the stabbing incident. Sgt. Everett says investigators are still trying to sort through witness statements as to who did what that resulted in one female victim receiving stab wounds to her abdomen and back, and another female victim with a stab wound to her upper back, according to a media release from Big Spring Police Wednesday. The conditions of the women are not known, although at least one of them was admitted to the hospital for her wounds.
