***UPDATE*** Douglas County Sheriffs Office have reported that they have a suspect in custody!! The Douglas County Sheriffs Office needs your help in identifying and locating the pictured suspect. The suspected reportedly followed women with their children around the inside of Target in Highlands Ranch. At one pointe passed by a woman with his genitalia exposed. Another victim reported that the suspect followed her around the childrens department touching himself inappropriately. The suspect is a white make in his late teens or early twenties, 506-507, with a stocky build. The suspect was driving a black Ford Freestyle, 2-door.
