UPDATE: God continues to Bless in this journey! The results from today that I had before we left are very promising. The tumor has shrunk to very minimal size! So good news that the chemotherapy was effective! I had all my pre-op testing done also and we are proceeding with the initial plan of Bilateral Mastectomy with Reconstruction on December 9th. Mark and I will have to be out there the day before to get prepared meet with the plastic surgeon one last time before surgery to have her mark me for the following morning. I will be in surgery for 12-14 hours. It is a very lengthy and extensive surgery and has a lengthy recovery time. I again have to say I dont expect easy. I know that there are many complications that could occur so Im not going into this blind or with it sugar coated ,but with that said it doesnt change that I still have the peace of God that I have had from the beginning of this. He continues to see me (and my family) through this and I trust in Him to continue to do so. I have to say this too.. I have been asked many times how are you? And 99% of the time my response is Im good! Then some ask youre not lying to me are you? And I honestly can say No Im not lying.. I am seriously Good . This journey is far from over ,but we are one step closer!! Thank you ALL SO MUCH for the Love, Prayers ,and Support that you have shown to myself as well as my family! I Am an Overcomer and I Will Overcome with the Help of God!! 🙏💗
