UPDATE! Hi everyone! I hope this post reaches most of you. If you are reading this, will you just click the like below? Well, wow, can you believe we are already in June?! My wishes are that this year has been treating you well. For me I have been extremely busy building a home with my love, keeping up with school, teaching classes and workshops as well as integrating it all together while working nearly full time. At this point I dont know how to keep up with this page and would definitely like input on what it is youd like to see flourish here. My healing practices seem to have been put on hold as it was quite draining to give give give on this page here without an equal exchange of energy back. I am focusing on living and building my physical foundation (body, home, strength) so I can in turn be able to provide more time for myself to dig deeper within spiritually. There is a place within that needs to be nourished before I can give so readily my time via Facebook. I posed the question How do I add value to your life? a couple weeks back and received a response of by sharing yours. So, I will put more effort in sharing with you what is happening in my beautifully blessed life.
