*UPDATE* I received a call from Calgary City Police last night about 6:30 or so. They had found my trailer. Abandoned in an alley, with no snow mobiles anywhere to be found (and no visible tracks anywhere). The trailer was not damaged but was missing the plate, a few cotter pins, and the metal bars that hold the Skidoos in place during travel. Better than a total loss. Im thankful to have it back as I (and others) put a lot of work in to rebuilding it. It meant a lot to my family. Even James Mbody put in a good amount of effort. Now to battle with insurance and try to come up with a couple replacement sleds before the Feb. BearBerry trip. Thanks everyone for sharing the stolen snowmobile info... On the bright side, the crack heads weak, skinny, frail little fingers could not de-couple my trailer from their receiver, so they removed their receiver from their vehicle and left it attached to the trailer. Thats a big hunk of nice smooth metal the police can check for finger prints...... Heres hoping they were as stupid as they were wimpy.
